Inspection Guidelines & Delivery Verification Terms
Open Box delivery allows the customer to inspect product exterior, model number, finish/color, and parts before accepting delivery. Once physical verification is confirmed and OTP shared, return requests for transit physical damage will not be accepted. If product is wrong or damaged, reject immediately with delivery associate.
